contain up to four pouches and may consist of different styles, sizes,
and colors (except on Suede Pearl Folder
and Simulated Leather Pearl Folder pouches). The sample order is a flat rate of $20.00
which is refundable on your
next purchase of $100.00 or more
(not including die charge).
This includes shipping and handling.
